As we are getting closer to the March Mayhem Fire Conference 2023, I just wanted to touch base and remind people of a couple things.
HOTELS:
We have 20 double queen beds available at the Holiday Inn Express Boise- University. The FOOLS Block rate for March 23-25, 2023 is $147.00 for a Standard Double Queen. The Reservation Cut-off Date is Friday March 2, 2023. After the cut-off date reservations and group rate will be based upon availability and hotel occupancy. The group rate will be available 3 days pre/post the group block based upon availability, call hotel sales directly for pre/post availability and/or for additional room type availability.
Guest reservations can be made by any of the following methods listed below. Please note, guaranteed reservations must be accommodated by a credit card.
Please note, reservations should be booked as early as possible as the dates fall over a city-wide event. All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit or will be cancelled.

IF YOU DO NOT TELL ME, YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO BOARD AS WE WANT TO ENSURE THERE IS ENOUGH SPACE BUT AT THE SAME TIME, WE DONT WANT TO BOOK MULTIPLE BUSSES IF WE DONT HAVE TO.... SO LET ME KNOW ASAP! LUNCH: Lunches will be provided on both HOT classes AND most likely for lecture (still finalizing that as well). Basic lunches, so if you have special dietary restrictions or needs, please provide your own lunch. There will be a refrigerator on site to store it during class. We will have waters and gatorades on site for each class as well. GEAR: As for gear for classes. Please bring full PPE (turnouts, boots, helmet, gloves and eye protection). For VES and first due nozzleman classes, If you have your own SCOTT Masks, Packs and Regulators and you are able to bring those, then please do so. If not, please let me know before Feb 7TH so I can ensure we have enough for everyone. Send me an email with name, what class your taking and what you need us to provide.
